Chittagong Medical College Hospital  (CMCH ) is government Hospital in Chattogram, Bangladesh. It was established in 1957. The hospital started functioning in the current  site in the year  1960 with only 120 beds and few outpatient services .Then in 1969,  it upgraded to 500 beds ,750 in 1996 and 1010 in the year 2001,administrative approval for 1313 beds in 2013 from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Currently, the hospital serve the area of nearly 50000 sq-km and provide health care services to a lot of people .

It serves to outpatient through following departments like:

• Medicine,
• Pediatrics
• Psychiatry,
• Skin and venereal diseases,
• Clinical pathology,
• General surgery,
• Otorhinolaryngology,
• Pediatric surgery,
• Ophthalmology,
• Obstetrics,
• Gynaecology
• Radiotherapy,
• Radiology and Dentistry.

They serves more than 2000 people per day.Besides they have  Canteen facilities,24/7 Emergency services , Pharmacy facilities for Patients. The hospital provides health care services to all kind of people of the region.
