CHATTOGRAM INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL

Chattagram International Medical College & Hospital (CIMCH) is a non-government hospital with 250 beds located in Chandgaon, Chittagong. The hospital was established in 2013. They also offer a 5-year MBBS graduate course with a 1-year internship as per the BMDC curriculum. Remember that, Chittagong International Medical College and Hospital is different from the Chittagong Medical College that is mainly known as Chittagong Medical. So please don’t be confused between the two. One is the government (CMC) and the other is private(CIMCH).

It’s aim to provide medical and allied health education with an international perspective. So far 165 students have been awarded MBBS degrees and 90 MD degrees from CIMCH.

CIMCH, is providing many facilities to its students – like hostel accommodation, round-the-clock security, internet facility etc. The college has also established a library and a computer lab with 200+ machines to provide knowledge resources for the students and staff in their academic pursuit.

Faculty development has been one of our prime concerns and as part of it CIMCH has recently set up a faculty club where the faculty members get together once every two weeks on Friday afternoons during academic sessions. It serves not only as a fraternal organization but also provides an opportunity for sharing ideas that ultimately prove beneficial for all concerned.
